Acceptance

By accessing https://workspace-oakcore.click or engaging OakCore Development Consulting (“OakCore”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase consulting services.

Services described

Pages on this site describe consulting services related to API integration and backend service design. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement exists only after a written proposal is accepted by both parties.

Accounts and enquiries

Contact forms collect information you submit voluntarily. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. We may refuse or terminate conversations that are abusive or outside our stated scope.

Intellectual property

Site content — text, branding, and layout — is owned by OakCore or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Artefacts produced under a paid engagement are assigned as stated in that engagement’s proposal (typically client-owned deliverables with OakCore retaining its pre-existing methods and templates).

Client materials

You retain ownership of materials you provide (schemas, logs, credentials references). You warrant you have rights to share them for the engagement and that sharing does not violate third-party agreements.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape in a way that degrades service, or submit unlawful content through forms.

Disclaimers

Consulting advice is professional opinion based on information available at the time. We do not warrant that following recommendations will achieve a particular commercial result. Third-party APIs may change without notice; we are not responsible for vendor behaviour outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, OakCore’s aggregate liability arising from site use or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OakCore against claims arising from your misuse of the site, inaccurate materials you supply, or your breach of third-party API terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
